Please contact the admissions department. Our admissions coordinator will provide all the information that you will need regarding weight loss surgery.

Complete the Health History Form

Please fill out the Medical Health History form in order for our doctors to ensure you meet the requirements for bariatric surgery and approve you as a candidate for a weight loss procedure.

Approval

Within 24 hours you will receive an approval via email, text message in addition to calling you, to make sure if you don’t have any questions.

Schedule and Deposit

If approved, you will need to schedule a date and pay $500 USD deposit to book your surgery.

Travel

Once you have scheduled your surgery, your admissions coordinator will work with you on choosing your flights.

Pre-op Diet

Our nutritionist will contact you and schedule a pre-op diet consult.

Medical Weight Loss Clinic

Our patient coordinator will guide you through the entire process. If you are approved for bariatric surgery, we can schedule your procedure within two weeks of your inquiry.
